Production Time
Personalised orders generally take 2–4 business days to be created before they are dispatched.
Once your order has been produced, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
Australian Delivery
For Australian orders, please allow approximately 5–12 business days for shipping after your order has been dispatched.
This means your total estimated timeframe from placing your order to delivery is approximately:

For international orders, your local postal carrier may take over delivery once your parcel reaches your country.

If you need to change your shipping address or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first, as we will provide instructions if a return is required.
Returns
We offer a 21-day returns policy. Please note that personalised products are made specifically for you and may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount because they cannot necessarily be restocked.
Shipping and package protection costs are non-refundable.
